1. What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. For safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned.

2. Are any purchases final sale?

Clearance and promotional items may be final sale. Please check product descriptions.

3. When will I get my order?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.

We stock only 100% authentic brands sourced from trusted suppliers in Australia and worldwide.

5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE over $99.

For orders under $99, a flat shipping fee applies.
